Heat Treatment Strengthening

Heat treatment is a key process to improve the wear resistance and strength of the carrier roller. Usually, quenching is performed on core components such as the roller body, and some are combined with normalizing and tempering processes. This ensures the surface hardness of the carrier roller reaches HRC50 - 58, with the hardness layer depth controlled within 4mm - 10mm. It not only enhances the wear resistance of the roller body surface but also guarantees internal toughness, preventing the carrier roller from breaking under heavy loads.

Component Assembly

First, wipe the processed shaft clean and install it into the roller body. Then sequentially install bearings, floating seal rings, sealing rings, and inner/outer end caps at both ends of the roller body, and fix them with components such as elastic pins to prevent loosening. Before assembly, clean components like the roller body and shaft with a special cleaning agent to remove surface oil stains and iron filings. During assembly, apply grease to relevant parts to ensure smooth rotation. Afterwards, inject the specified type of lubricating oil through the oil hole, and finally tighten the oil plug and screws to ensure adequate lubrication.
